Had another shake yesterday – very short 20 seconds. A friend sent me a link to update me on quake activity. It’s http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/map/ if interested.
These little after shocks are normal I’m told and not flashbacks.
I have also received lots of advise on what to do to prepare. Unless I’m in my condo, I would have to carry a fully loaded back back with me at all times. There is no real prep for a quake.
It is the after effects such as a Tsunami that require the ‘go packs’. Fortunately, there is some warning about that occurance and I have a very high hill [mt?] behind my condo. The one thing that does seem advisable to carry at all times is a water filter. My sis is sending me one and I’m going to look around the village to see if anyone carries them. I hate to be thirsty!!
THIS IS MY FAVORITE BEACH AFTER EVENING THUNDER STORM – TRANQUIL.
