HIGH TIDE – SURF BOWLING

Hola, I was hoping to publish my action video of surf bowling BUT it still doesn’t want to work in this blog format. So I’ll just try to describe the delightful game I observed on the beach yesterday AM.  The tide was high and just starting to receed – shooting coconuts and logs toward the beach’s high ground.

Then I noticed the game in progress.

One lone coconut refusing to stay on the beach.  It rapidly rolled toward the sea with each receeding wave and was throw back on the rebound – Sort of a reverse of human bowling.

The waves won in the end.  I have no doubt they will return in the evening for a rematch.
