Nicaragua Tour et al…..

Saturday (10/6/12) I toured Nicaragua’s Lake, Masaya Volcanic Park and the City of Granda.  I also did my first immigration exit/entrance to Costa Rica. My passport was mistakenly stamped for entry on July 1 instead of August 1 creating a document violation of my 90 day Tourist Visa.  The exit and re entry into Cost Rica corrected the error. Signing up for the unplanned tour was the easiest ‘fix’.

I was the only non tourist on the Nicaraguan trip.  The goal was to visit as many sites as possible within 9 hours.

The attached map shows our route from Costa Rica north pass Lake Nicaragua to Masaya Volcanic Park and on to Granada for a tour of a Cigar factory and late lunch.

All aboard
